1. Click on the folder button and choose which folder to export to.
2. Then start the export by clicking Export

If you have winzip installed on your computer, create a zip file with all folders and files ziped together.
Depending on how you will distribute your export one way is to use winzip. Another is just to copy everything within the export folder to a USB media.
But if you want to send the export files and folders by email a zip file is most convenient.
